Bluetooth Device Type issue

Hello all. I've tried everything I could think of to get this working, so I figured it's time to ask the masses to help.

I just purchased a Vivitar Infinite BH6 Bluetooth Headset (Model:V12119-PDQ-OD), and on my Windows 8.1 machine the connection has been successful, however, I am unable to use them as a headset. My Gateway All-in-one is reading the headset Device Type as a Peripheral Keyboard. I have a screen shot: View attachment Vivitar Screenshot Troubleshooting.pdf. The small yellow marks mention the device type and the fact that I have selected the PC to use the this device for audio.

Hell, even in the system tray volume control one of the sound control options is a Bluetooth Speaker, and I have that selected. The headset informs me that it is paired from an automated voice after pairing. There seems to be no reason for these not to work. I have tested them on my cell phone and they work wonderfully, would love to get this working properly on my PC. Any help you can provide will be appreciated.

It should show up as a Virtual Keyboard device if you are using it for Speech to text. If you are showing problems, I would suggest checking to see if Vivitar has a driver update.
