I have problems to pinch zoom out on web pages in IE on my Surface Pro 3, running W8.1x64. If I pinch zoom in, I can pinch zoom out the same amount, but no more. This works the same for IE in modern mode, as well as Chrome in desktop mode.
It makes it very annoying to use the pad in portrait mode, as I cannot zoom out to see the whole page. I would really want to not have to scroll left and right all the time. And sometimes when a web page throws up an overlay window, the x to close the overlay ends up to the right outside the screen, and I cannot zoom out to get it on-screen but have to turn to landscape mode to close it.
Is there any setting for this, to allow arbitrary pinch zoom out?
