Can't install AMD driver on Windows 8.1

Hello everyone,
I got a problem with AMD drivers, it won't install on Windows 8.1. After successfully installing it, the screen freezes and I can't move the mouse pointer and everything else stops working like keyboard, after restarting everything goes back and I need to install it again (which freezes all things again).
I tried downloading the latest driver (15.7) from AMD website and many other sources, still same problem. I also tried many other driver versions (15.6, 14.2, 14.7, 13.2) from different sources, still the same. Even installing it from windows update stops everything and the screen freeze.
Everything works fine on Windows 7 and the driver install just fine without freezing or other problems.
I tried an old Windows 8.1 and successfully installed the driver without freezing and everything was ok until I installed some windows updates and when I restart to install these updates, the Windows won't boot at all, it freezes on Welcome page and I can't move the mouse pointer or press anything, it just freezes.
I also downloaded windows 10 latest insider build (10240), did a clean install, installed AMD driver with success and everything was ok until it restarted to install updates and the same problem existed, it won't boot and freeze on Welcome page.
All these tries was after a clean windows installation immediately without installing anything else like antiviruses or any other apps.
So, I'm pretty sure the problem is about some recent windows updates (or maybe just one update) that conflicts with the AMD driver, but I don't know how to figure this out.
Any ideas about how to fix this?

The same happened to me when trying to update my AMD driver. (I have the AMD RADEON 8510G integrated graphics)

What solved it: Running these commands:

Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

sfc /scannow

chkdsk /f /r

Restart after each command (If it finds and repairs any corrupt file.

@broe23 my CPU is Intel I5-2500K.

@MCPlayer18 The first command takes forever to execute, I'll try the others and see if driver installation is going well.
