Hi,

There was Ubuntu installed on my laptop and while I was installing Windows I deleted every partition and created new two partition, But only one local disk is visible in This PC, also second partition's file system is RAW. How can I fix it?

This is Disk Management screenshot:

Also I am experiencing another problem, when I start my laptop in few seconds this text is displayed:

Are these two problems linked somehow?
Can you suggest solutions to this problem(s)?

Thanks for paying attention.

Do you have any data on the invisible drives? If not, try formatting them.

Since you have installed Ubuntu system, which uses ext3 or ext4 file system, on your laptop, and Windows only support NTFS and FAT file system, it shows as raw. I suggest you backup Ubuntu partition using a freeware such as AOMEI Backupper(Windows can onlybackup a partition formatted with NTFS), and format the raw partition with NTFS. Then you should be able access the partition.
