    Interpreting HD Tune Readings

    Hello everyone,

Last night, I decided to check if my HDD is healthy and not failing. I had a tragic event back then when my HDD died suddenly and I only had a few chances to back-up important documents so I'm quite paranoid about HDD's failing now.

So I ran CrystalDiskInfo and it found no errors or failing signs on my HDD.
I tried out HD Tune next, but I find it a bit more complex than CrystalDiskInfo so I think I'm going to need help reading the analysis readings.

    Here is the benchmark readings:

This one is the full scan of the error checking readings, but I had to stop it because it is taking too long:

And this one made me alarmed:

The one highlighted yellow on the picture above made me wonder what it is. After searching it up a few minutes, it is actually named End-to-End error attribute.

I was wondering, are the HD Tune readings normal? I don't really know anything about the highlighted attribute or if it is normal to have it like that. I think I'm being a little paranoid about this to be honest, but it's better to make sure my HDD is doing fine because I don't want to do the same mistake I did back then (not backing up my important files)

P.S. The temperature is at 44C because the program just finished the error checking. The normal temperatures for this hard drive is 35C-37C.

All is fine. The HD Tune software just doesn't have the entry in its table for those codes. If everything is Ok then you are Ok.
