Actually that will break the OS, because of how they have changed Windows 8.1.1.
You must be kidding. Windows will not see it as available devices and won't install drivers for them. How does it break Windows ???
Again. If you don't use it, disable in the BIOS then Windows won't see it. I disabled a few things such built-in Wireless, HD Audio (I use SB XF-I for sound), Blue Tooth and nothing will break.
