All system info is included at the left under system information. I am not experiencing problems with the tablet. I merely want to be prepared for an unbootable situation. I have made two attempts to create a bootable rescue disk: one with Macrium Reflect free Windows PE and one with Windows built in utility.
On both recovery drives I have attempted BIOS order set to boot from the flash drive and configured both with EUFI enabled and EUFI disabled. That amounts to six different boot configurations. I also attempted to use Windows recovery options by all six previously listed methods. The computer has failed to boot from the flash drive on all attempts.
On the drive created by Windows, I opened the files to view bootmgr in notepad. The file contained gibberish followed by a message at the end stating "BOOTMGR is corrupt. The system cannot boot." Unfortunately I erased the Macrium recovery flash drive before I thought of viewing bootmgr.
I have read some tutorials stating that the 32-bit OS cannot boot from a flash drive. I have found no Microsoft articles (technet, microsoft answers, microsoft KB, etc) stating restrictions for booting from a flash drive on 32- bit OS.
Thanks for your assistance.
