First I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum but as it's kind of a general problem I didn't know where else to post.
My old laptop is a HP Pavilion g6 1353-sp. I bought it about 2 and a half years ago and stopped using it regularly in november. Before that, the only problem it had was the headphone jack, it stopped working, so I just bought one of those cheap usb sound card adapters and it was enough.
Meanwhile more stuff started occasionaly failing for no apparent reason, first the sd card reader, then the vga connector and the USB ports, all that on the left side of the laptop. Besides the headphone jack, nothing else was permanently not working, and I thought that maybe something was loose after I sent it to be cleaned up about a year and half ago. Yet, today the usb port on the right side started to fail too...
I don't know if it's related, but as I was writing this it just had a driver power state failure BSOD while it was restarting, it's unusual...
I don't understand much about hardware so I'm not sure about what to do... is there anything I can do or I need to send it to somewhere to be fixed? If so, would it be very expensive?
