Can't access Windows 8 OS Hard Drive on Windows 7

Hello there, first time poster here.

Here's my problem:
I bought a new Dell Inspiron 7547 laptop with windows 8.1 last month. A few days ago the audio started lagging because for some unknown reason I was experiencing a lot of DCP latency. I contacted Dell and they instructed me to re install the BIOS to see if it helped.
As the BIOS was doing the reinstalation, the computer crashed, so now I wont even start. I'm sending it to Dell Service this week to get it fixed, but before I need to backup the information on the Hard Drive 'casue they'll most likely erase it at the service.

So I took out the hard drive and placed it on an external case, to copy the information to another computer where I have windows 7. At first it didn't even mounted it. Afterwards I managed to mount it, and now I can acces every folder excepto for the only one I need, my user folder (i.e.: OS (F:)/Users/my user), where I have all my files. When I double-click it, I asks me to

Thanks you very much!
