Start off first by saying i have had USB 3.0 issues with speed, not performing at speeds should on my system. Other issue i am getting is only when i restart the PC, sometimes and not every time, at the BIOS logo screen i get a code B4 and computer will keep restarting. Looking up this code from GIGABYTE motherboard means USB Device Hot Plug-in. At times i have pulled about 1 USB 3.0 device out and will boot normally, sometimes it won't, again this is not happening every time. Usually normal restart on this screen show, A2 Code.

Researching on this came with a solution, but not sure about this, how to do it correctly will it work. A post showed to set "Windows Driver Foundation" found in services.msc to Automatic start and delete all USB Hubs, then restart the PC which will reinstall the drivers again. "Windows Driver Foundation " in Windows 8.1 is normally set to manual (trigger). Going list all USB items in my USB Serial Bus Controllers. I do not know which to delete, just the USB Hub ones or plus USB root hub, as this shows 3. Plus also have USB 3.0 eXtensible one.
Possibly a driver issue only, as PC does not have issues in any other way, only with occasional restarts. Although other day when having a USB device connected on front port, i received blue screen with sad face, said PC had to restart, again checking event viewer showed this same error, no others in there at all. Rest PC working good.
