My syatem is Windows 8.1. This software appeared in the Windows Updates.

I installed it, but it makes the bluetooth function disappear from the system , and I can't use the bluetooth function.

This software does not appear in the "Uninstall Program", I can't locate its installation loaction.

Do you have any idea on how to uninstall it.

Just Right Click on it and see if it will remove. In the Toshiba folder on C:/ (may be under Programs or Programs x86), there should be a related folder with a Uninstall.

The installer at support.toshiba.com may give you the ID# that Toshiba uses for that file, when you click on Download.

I have been trying to locate files related to Toshiba in C:\program, but there is none.

The software is eventually removed by system restore.
