iTunes 4450 Error When Burning

I've tried everything, the only program that can't burn discs is iTunes. I used to burn CD's all the time, no problems, now I can't burn something without jumping through hoops and putting the music on WMP first. I know I should visit Apple forums and I have spent hours on there, does anyone have any suggestions. I've reinstalled GEAR drivers, I've reinstalled my DVD drivers, I've checked filters, I've deleted everything Apple related and reinstalled iTunes, nothing. Same error, right before it starts burning the first song. I've set my burn speed to 4x, and I'm using memorex discs. ConvertXtoDVD burns DVD's fine, WMP burns working CD's fine, and Windows also burned a CD fine (my stereo in my room won't play those CD's burned by Windows though...).

Try different discs. Most steros will not play music on DVD's.

I'm using CD-R discs for music and the DVDs just for movies. Sorry if I had not stated that.

Well, the answer is in that thread. There is nothing else to state.

I disagree so much with what you said. It says use other discs, other software, and update iTunes. Basically the simple least troubleshooting you can do. And all things I've done, and I'm trying to go more in depth. If you look beyond that one forum there is much more about upper filters and drivers etc. Thanks anyway.
