Mouse turning on and off

I can't stand it anymore. It just randomly turn off and on.

What I have tried so far:

- Changing mouse
- Changing USB root
- Disabling mouse power saving
- Updating drivers

Actually, by third item in my "what I tried so far" list, I meant that. I have unchecked power saving for USB definitely.
