I honestly don't know what is causing this, so I'll start here. I have a problem that occasionally for seemingly no reason videos will stop working and only have audio. A black screen in browser (Chrome), and green in Windows apps. This started about 2 months ago, the only notable thing being installing the netflix app for less than a day. Restarting seems to fix it, but it is continuously happening more often, up to twice a day. I've re-installed all apps related to videos, and no change in behavior. No idea what exactly could be causing this either.
