    I believe in this too. Best to go to your computer manufacturer's website for updates, majority of drivers you already have are fine to leave them alone. Mostly graphics cards, sound cards or any installed card that will need updates. What you will notice out of every Driver Update software it will find different ones for updating. So which one is right, if any ? Know they do make a backup of your older drivers, but sometimes disaster happens before you can restore them, i say always use system restore points too.
