MiniCam Pro - Model No. 98067 - Rev.2 - Windows 8.1 Pro

I was recently given a MiniCam Pro from a friend.

Model No. 98067 Rev.2 Now I understand that the drivers for this cam were made for windows XP and are not compatible with Windows 8.1

After some research I found that if I run the drivers in compatibility mode for Windows XP they will work (At least that was what was stated.) After attempting this it failed. When running the Windows 8 Troubleshooter I get:

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

Of course, I found the drivers for this model after some searching. I took all the necessary precautions, such as:

Unplugging the device, installing the drivers, and restarting.

Unplugging the device, installing the drivers in administrator, and restarting.

Unplugging the device, installing the drivers in compatibility mode for XP SP2 & SP3, running as administrator, and restarting.

Non of these seem to work. If anyone would have a method in which to get this working, I'd love to have a working cam
