I have a 10.1" tablet with Win 8.1 too, an ASUS - T100 to be precise and I tested and re-tested everything that follows many times.
By now everyone know that in Windows everything is in registry settings. I think in your case the problem comes from a bad detection/declaration of touchscreen panel size. There is a registry key for that:

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

Where 10.1 is the monitor size expressed in inch. In my case this reg key was absent but I create it myself.
You can copy this key (all bolded text) and paste it to a new text document (plain text made with Notepad).
Save the document then change his extension from New Text Document.TXT to New Text Document.REG
Double click (tap) on this new file and execute it (import this reg key into registry).
Restart tablet and be happy with your new keyboard size.
If you are not satisfy with your new size you can re-edit New Text Document.REG created before (open with Notepad) and choose another value instead of 10.1, personally I use 15.1 instead but it's your choice ofc.
I will post bellow some pics to see the results.

Thank you so much for the reply
To be honest i never fixed it by not updating it

Im gonna give this a try as soon as possible

    Thank you so much
