I am running Windows 8.1 with an ASUS RT-AC68R router. PC and DEVICES / DEVICES shows all of my network devices except the ROKU 3. If I "Add a Device", the ROKU 3 does not show up.

The ROKU 3 is connected directly into the router via an Ethernet cable and is shown as a device on the ASUS router including MAC and IP address.

I have NETWORK DISCOVERY turned on on my Windows 8.1 PC and this PC is connected directly into the router also via an Ethernet cable.

I want to use screen mirroring on my ROKU 3 but can't try it because my Windows 8.1 computer apparently does not see it.

Any suggestions on how to get the computer to discover the ROKU 3??

Thank you!

It is not made to be discovered by the Windows network, per the design of the software on the device. The information you are looking for, can be found in the Roku forums.
