I am unable to print on my HP 2620 printer from my Windows 8 computer. I spent most of today on phone with HP people and we determined that the issue is with Windows 8 and not the printer. One message I get when I try to print is, "This app does not support the contract specified or is not installed." Does anyone have any idea what steps I can take to determine my next step towards fixing this problem? Thanks.
