PCI and SM Controllers

My device manager is telling me to update:

PCI Simple Communications Controller
SM Bus Controller

I've gone to Intel, which is where the driver is located, and saw where I'm supposed to download the
'Management Engine Driver'

The only problem I have is that there are different ones and they are specific to different Baseboard models

After a long search I found my baseboard model - Board: Dell Inc. 0KWVT8 A00

None of the management engine driver installs say they are compatible with this board. The reason I am being careful about what I download is because I've had BSOD issues with Skype calls and gaming. Hardware has been tested and I have not had any BSOD up until this point

I have 44 Windows updates that were pushed forward along with updating the drivers... that led to BSOD. Reverted back and here I am with 44 updates waiting and the drivers waiting for updates.

I would like to correctly update the drivers and see if I run into any problems. I'm holding off on the recent updates because of the pull back on Windows end.

Any guidance will be much appreciated here.

The SM Bus controller may be part of the Chipset driver for that Motherboard, should be downloadable from the maker of the Motherboard or from Intel. The PCI Simple Communications Controller usually turns out to be the PCI Dial-Up Modem installed in the computer in one of the slots on the motherboard. If it's not used for Dial-Up Internet connectivity or Faxing from the computer I usually just disable it in Device Manager.
