Today i turned on my G73JH today and my keyboard is not working, I have windows 8.1 and had to use the on screen keyboard to type anything in. The keyboard works fine when i press F2 to go into the bios and and can navigate around the bios no problem. Anyone else having this problem?.

You could try the quickie fix of opening Device Manager in Safe Mode, and deleting the keyboard device. On reboot it should detect the hardware and reinstall the drivers. If that doesn't work I would look for a restore point just before the last Windows Update if you have automatic updates enabled.

If neither of those cases apply I would try to download and install the latest drivers directly from the manufacturer's page.
