How to avoid the repeated reminder on my PC screen ?

I am a little frustrated by this issue. I have bought this special designed card reader on Amazon. In all, it behaves better than I expected especially the good experience of the 3 usb ports. But when I used the SD card to plug into it, it firstly read out the data quickly but then there appeared a reminder which advised to format the card but when I tried, I failed to... Other reader ports has no case like this.

How should I handle this issue ? Any idea is warmly welcomed.

What happens if you try to format the SD card from Disk Management?

See if this old article is any help: Tech Geek and MoreUnable to format SD Card Archives » Tech Geek and More

I tried many times to format. But the reminder continued to pop up...It seems that the system always fails to format successfully. I also tested another card on this reader and the result shows the gadget works normally still. I doubt if the original SD is damaged. If this is the case, which will be the best choice to protect the data in it ?

If you are trying to format it presumably you don't have any data you want on it. If other cards are working I'd throw the one that doesn't work in the trash. They don't last for ever. And then back everything up in triplicate.

Eh...I meant to throw it in the trash. Before that, I need a correct way or tip to transfer part of the data on it. Do you understand ?
