Boot issues with SSD

Hi,

I got a samsung SSD 840 evo 250go and I have some issues with it :
  • When booting, I often got "disk read error occurred press ctrl+alt+del to restart"
I can happen 2 or 3 times then Windows 8 start
  • More rarely, I got a Windows Boot Manager message saying that :
"Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause [...]
    File : \Boot\BCD
    Status : 0xc000000f
Info : The boot configuration Data for you PC is missing or contains errors"
I used a Windows 8 bootable USB device to rebuild the BCD following this post : How To Rebuild the BCD in Windows
But the Windows Boot message still shows up a few times.
  • I don't see BSOD but when entering my Windows session, a message tells me that a BSOD happened.
I check dmp files and the logs times correspond to the shut down hours.
I attach the file from SF Debug Tool.
Booting excepted, my computer seems to work fine.

My computer is a desktop computer, about 8 month old. I assembled it myself.

Here is some details if needed :

  • AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 4.0GHz
  • ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
  • XFX Double D FX-785A-ZDF4 Radeon HD 7850 1GB 256-Bit GDDR5
  • CORSAIR XMS 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
  • Samsung SSD 840 evo 250gb
  • Rosewill Stallion Series RD700 700W ATX12V
  • My OS is Windows 8, not 8.1

Thanks for your time

Hi,
Sata is set to AHCI but the ssd is on SATA_2.
There is no SATA_0.
I tried to put it on SATA_1, same issues.
