Solved Drivers Problem

Hello,
2 days ago i installed windows 8.1 and there are some hardwares which are undetected. Please help me with them and provide me appropriate way and Link to install the drivers.
Images and Hardware ID's are attached:

According to your screen shots, these drivers ARE already installed; otherwise, you would get a different icon and the hardware type would be unknown.

I was just going to make same comment, there's no "Unknown device" or device in trouble. There would be yellow and red flags in that case. Using HW ID on Google can find drivers for t in a hurry.
