C: wont extend with unused portions of HDD,

Currently "restored" my PC to factory settings, now currently i am UNABLE to allocate unused HDD space back into (C and i have no idea why :S can someone please help me with this ussue

That 350MB Recovery Partition is blocking you.
Find out what all those recoveries are for and what they consist of then perhaps you can delete that 350MB one.
(I can't see you needing all of those recoveries)

I dont even know why they are there, it was like that originally when I FIRST acquired this laptop, I thought it was weird seeing as how anything before windows 8 was only allowed 4 partitions, haha

seeing as how im not the most knowledgeable when it comes to this, might you have a suggestion as to how I would be able to remove them?

I'm still studying your screenshot...
3 recovery partitions with, apparently, nothing on them,
2 OEM recoveries both the same... I'm a little baffled!

btw: hover on that separator I pointed out and slide it right so you can read all of the info.

Not on this computer, I just reformatted the entire pc back to factory settings

I don't see any harm in deleting that 350MB then extend it into the 361.33GB then extend that into C:
I suggest you make a system image backup though:

It wont even let me do anything other then view it, i tried to delete it haha

Use Partition Wizard bootable CD. That will do it.

As this is a OEM manufacturer's PC with Pre-installed Windows 8, which has been updated to Windows 8.1.

DO NOT DELETE THE NEW WINDOWS 8.1 REPAIR TOOLS PARTITION.
