Battery charged but it says 81% after i unplug it.

I have a Acer Iconia W700 i5 core and when i charge my battery till it is charged(100%) after i unplug the charger it goes to 81%
and i don't why it says 81% when i fully charge the battery.

And when i plug or unplug the charger out of the tablet it makes a beep noise.

The battery is on balance plan/setting most of the time as well.

Can anyone help me with this problem please?

Three possible reasons, in order of likelihood, are the the battery could be going bad, power management software/drivers need an update or motherboard UEFI/BIOS may need an update.

I think MasterChief did. You need to make sure your system is up to date and if so, probably need a new battery.

Well i am total newbie when it comes with problems like that and i don't know how to fix them.

Can you tell me how to fix ths problem please?

How to update the power management software/drivers or motherboard UEFI/BIOS?
