where can i find my product name p/n because i don't have the sticker under my laptop

Are you looking for the Product Code or the actual version installed? If you press the Windows Logo key and the pause/break key that will bring up the System screen showing you what version is installed. EDIT: If you are looking for the model number of your laptop try looking on the BIOS main page.
