This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Hi everyone.

I got a speed camera detector thing for Xmas. I've downloaded the software for the device and when I plug the device in, the software doesn't detect it. The manufacturer sent me an email with a link to download and install the driver. The driver installed, but it still doesn't work. When I looked at the driver status in device manager, it says...

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

{Not Enough Quota}
Not enough virtual memory or paging file quota is available to complete the specified operation.

Any ideas anyone? I'm on a windows 8 HP Pavillion 15. I'm about up the pole here

Is this a device that plugs into your phone and then detects the speedcam

Or is it a radar type detector that you can upload locations into it?

Whats the name and model of the detector
