what happens if i dont tho? just wondering because internets working fine

if you run HDTune what does it say under health? regardless of what you do you should back up your data as im sure when you send it in your going to fill out a form stating they have no liability with your data.

i brung it to geek squad the guy resetted windows 8 and said it was a lot of viruses

seems to be working good now....no issues should i still run HDTUNE?
