Solved How can I make USB key offline?
Perhaps I'm missing something but I thought you could make a USB key offline by right clicking in Disk Management.
I've removed the letter but can't find any way to make it offline - only change drive letter or eject.
Any ideas how to do this? Picture is of right click on disk 2 the one I want to make offline. Thanks.

Hello Adam,
Unfortunately, it appears that making a disk online/offline is not supported on removable media.
I tested to see if it could be done using DISKPART in a command prompt, and nope.
