Windows 8 / 8.1 Touch screen support

Hi Guys, new to the forum, i have a HP 310 1120a touchsmart all in one pc and my system is saying limited touch support 2 fingers, so as you can guess my touchscreen isn't working, but was under windows 7 when i got it, sometimes it works in windows 8 but not anymore, have updated all drivers but still nothing.... any ideas on how to get it running again if i can .
