Headphones problem

I have a problem with my peadphones .I plugged in the headphones and my windows it's tell me the are not plugged in.
I instal an audio driver and they work but I reinstal the windows and I not whant to instal an audio driver.It's any way to have the headphones to work without an audio driver?

The model is ACME this is only thing it's says and they have 3,5mm jack.

Have a look at this link and see if you can pick yours out. In the meantime, where are you PC are you connecting you headset, to the front panel of the case or to the back of the case directly to the mobo.

Where ever they are connected you have to have proper drivers for sound installed.
