I have a website with video cameras connected to two Hauppauge WinTV 950Q tuners into the composite inputs. The first camera I connect will be ok at 720 x 480 picture size. The problem is when I connect the second camera the resolution is 360 x 480. This happens if I switch which one is connected first, so it is whichever camera is connected second will not display at 720 x 480. I have the latest drivers and Hauppauge support says it's a software problem, which is WebcamXp ver 3. WebcamXp thinks it's a Hauppauge WinTV 950Q problem. Could it be a Windows 8 problem? I can't find anyone who can solve this problem.
