Solved DVD stoped working

it now shows
audio ts
video ts

it never happened before. also I got a boat of crap that I had to delete, and I hope I did not delete the wrong thing

i'm also getting these pop ups that keep popping up, and never had this happen before. and I also have these videos that pop up as well. how do I deal with these things. I may have a bug but cant find it.

also, if that is in the place and is moved, do send me a message telling me where you put it. thinks

Try a restore point perhaps.

Or run full virus scans.

Restore to factory settings.



One should uninstall, not delete a program.
You didn't say what you deleted.
Your post is rather vague.
More exact details would be helpful.

i'm not sure what I may have deleted. can anybody tell me the name of the program, software, what ever it's called, that runs
the DVD player. and would it be in the "computer" or where you go to "delete programs"?

Have you considered doing a repair install (refresh) ?

don't know how to do that. when getting rid of all the trash I got from god knows where, I may have deleted what it was that ran

is it possible to just scan the computer and see what is missing without making all those changes? and what about video and photos on my hard drive, will they be affected if I refresh the computer?

I don't know how one would scan if one didn't know what was missing.

You can back up pictures & stuff on a usb drive.
I lost a few images when I refreshed.

I use Macrium Reflect to image my entire computer now so I don't have to worry about losing stuff.
