I just recieved my Volos Gaming Mouse from Thermaltake in the mail about a hour ago. The mouse feels solid in the hand. So far I'm impressed with the hardware but that's where it ends...
The software page which is located at http://www.ttesports.com/downl... is useless because it downlaods ONLY a .rar file which is NOT a executable. I just got this mouse and cant even use it. There was no driver disc included with the mouse. If Thermaltake doesnt respond to me sometime today with a answer to this problem then I will be sending the mouse back tomorrow. This is extremely dissapointing as I was really looking forward to this mouse. I'm running Windows 8 by the way if that is of any consequence and yes they claim that the mouse is compatible with W8. I have no idea how some of these hardware review personel have even so-called tested the mouse considering I can't even install the provided software. This is extremely dissapointing. Can anyone offer any insight?
