Device Connect/Disconnect Sound at Startup

Hi,

At every start-up there is ether a Device Disconnect sound or a Device Connect sound that gets interrupted by a Device Disconnect sound.

This happens on every start-up, after almost everything is loaded.

P.S.
There are no Yellow !-s in the device manager.

You could troubleshoot by disconnecting one or a few devices at a time, then restart to see if you still get the sound until you find the culprit.

When you find the culprit, you could test connecting it to a different USB port to see if it still does it to see if you may have a bad USB port. You might also see if there may be newer drivers (if applicable) available for the device as well.

Do you have any "Virtual devices", like Virtual CD ?.
You can also check for "Automatic (delayed start) in services.
My Alcohol 52% kicks in somewhere in the middle of boot sequence and makes sound when it installs.
