Hi guys,
I have a new S400CA which continues to give me problem.
Initially the WIFI keeps dropping signal and then suddenly the touchscreen begins to stop working on and off. sometimes after restart it works.
I contacted ASUS support and they asked me to uninstall HID device in Device Manager and then restart and scan for hardware change.
It worsen the problem and now the touchscreen totally stop responding. Factory reset does not help either.
Has anyone encountered this problem and found a solution? I suspect it has got something to do with the driver or whatever because now all my USB ports also cannot detect any device plugged in.
