How To Fix BAD-POOL-CALLER(in windows 8)?

Hi
I have a Lenovo laptop., When the desktop is visible. Then refresh the desktop error BAD-POOL -CALLER. Read my posts related to this problem., But my problem is still unsolved.
How to solve this error? Whether it is possible to use a vpn and virtual network is installed?

According to Wikipedia... "Symantec has retired the entire PC Tools security portfolio as of 18 May 2013. [SUP][28]". I know that Wikipedia isn't "authoritative", but you may want to look into another product going forward. I use Ccleaner for registry maintenance and I've been extremely happy with it.[/SUP]
