Hey guys

So I have had my Logitech G35 headset for a really long time. There has been no problems with it, until I got my Asus G75VX with Win 8.
When the headset is plugged in, and I want to adjust the volume after a few minutes, "explorer.exe" always crash and I have no sounds..

I really love my headset, and I don't have the money for a new one.. Does anyone have a clue, of what is going on, and how it can be fixed?

Thanks
:)

Yeah, I have downloaded the Win 8 driver, but it dosen't seem to help..
I have tried to reinstall G35, and then it works for a couple of days, but suddenly the same problem occurs..

Having a look at your Laptop specs, I see there are a few driver updates for it. Have you tried updating the chipset, audio driver and the BIOS? Especially with the BIOS, there looks like some important bug fixes, it might help you with your issue.
