So they say i can access the Recovery Menu if ASUS to reset the computer to standard through the F9 Button at startup, but the only thing that comes up is the Turn Off, Advanced Options and Continue to Windows 8 option, as it normally should when pressing F8. I want the Recovery, it is also described at the website, that it is included, and i also see the RECOVERY drive in the Drive Manager. But no chance to access it. And the Customer Support is only as allways for US, China and Korea, just as they think people somewhere else dont need help. IM ABOUT TO RAGE WHEN I SEE SUCH! I go to my country website, and it loads for my country, but then i go to Support and it loads US, and since im not in the US, it just doesnt continue! I HATE THIS! **** THEM! IM ABOUT TO GO BACK TO THE STORE AND DEMAND FULL MONEY BACK FOR BAD SUPPORT AND NOT KEEPING PROMISSES SUCH AS THE RECOVERY PARTITION THAT IS NOT WORKING CAUSE OF WINDOWS 8! SORRY FOR CAPS, BUT I THINK THIS PC WONT EXIST IN 20 MINUTES! BAD SUPPORT, JUST AS THEY THINK, PEOPLE ONLY LIVE IN CHINA, KOREA AND USA, AND THE REST DONT NEED HELP, NO KEEPING OF PROMISSES, AGAIN SORRY.
Plus: Now i tested as many said to go to F9, Advanced Options, Reset PC. Then it asks for Recovery Media. I dont have one. I bought the PC with Windows 8. No DVD followed. Then they give it to me, since Recovery is promissed, one way is not working, then the other, but that isnt working to. THEY PAY THE ****ING WINDOWS 8 DVD FOR ME SO I CAN RECOVER OR I WANT DOUBLE CASH BACK! Sorry guys but i cant keep myself under control anymore. Now im done. 2 Ways: 1: They tell me how to start the Recovery Tool, Partition or what ever. 2: They give me the Windows 8 Install Media. Only 2 Options. 3rd alternative option is to demand Double Cash back, cause of: Not keeping Promisses, Bad Support and No Reset Option in case of Need.
