Bluetooth Problem

I'm not sure if I'm in the right section but I've searched all day and couldn't find anything so I'm getting slightly desperate now. I tried to connect my mobile to my new laptop today via Bluetooth and it all worked fine except the receive file and send file options are gone from the Bluetooth menu and I have no idea why. I've checked the drivers through device manager but it says they're all up to date.
I'm running Windows 8 64-bit.

click open settings and send us a screencap of OPTIONS and HARDWARE please.

we need to see that everything is enabled and working correctly.

Everything looks good in your settings.. the only thing it may be is corrupt settings, so lets refresh them by...

Go to device manager, and expand your bluetooth drivers..

Then find your non working devices and uninstall them, then re-pair them as you did originally..

Sorry, but how do I know which device causes the problem? I have no idea which is the non working one.

start by uninstalling your phone one and re-pair that connection, then connect to it via bluetooth then try sending a file
