BSOD Driver Power State Failure

I've been coming across this bsod for a few weeks now, it only happens when i put the computer into sleep/hibernate. It even happens sometimes when the computer tries to start from a cold boot. The only hardware change i've made to the computer was a new wireless adapter from netgear model no.: WNA3100. I made sure to download the latest driver to support windows 8 but the bsod still occurs.

Heres a link to my minidump file if anyone can analyze it and tell me which driver is causing the problem it would be much appreciated.
