I have a new Sony Vaio and have been installing software, but when I install iTunes my CD-DVD ROM drive disappeared, NOT good. I was not sure if it was iTunes or Systemmechanic I installed so I uninstalled System mechanic which had conflict with Nortonalready installed.
I contacted Sony Chat line and they walked be throughdeleting my upper and lower filters then my CD ROM came back. I have read iTunes drivers is NOT compatiblewith window 8 and now iTunes is requesting to reinstall the drivers again thatallows their program to burn CDs. Haven’tinstall iTunes drives. Has anyone elsehad this problem and found a resolution to it?
