DirectX 11.0 is installed on my Windows 8 laptop and I I have to
install DirectX 9.0C for use with some video game programming.
When I unzipped the file it asked me what for a folder to put
the unzipped files. I created one and when it was done all I
have is a lot of cabinet files. How do I install these?
