M$ Sidewinder Strategic Commander Source Code

Yes you read that title correctly and no this is not a joke.
I have obtained via a friend who we will call "Bob" <- not his real name worked at M$ and was able to get me the source code for this hardware before m$ sent it all the way of the dodo.
I was hoping to be able to use this to make a set of drivers for newer windows versions both 32 and 64 bit but
alas i have no knowledge of coding drives for windows if anyone who would like to give it a shot and may have prior
exp. with windows coding or driver coding here's your chance to shine!

This looks like it was a different version of the client, but not the driver. Still, it's probably helpful!
