I purchased two Acer T232HL monitors and I can only get the primary or main monitor to accept touch commands. The secondary monitor seems to recognize touch commands but passes the information to the primary monitor (in effect I can swipe my finger on the secondary screen and see a window on the primary screen move).
From googlesearching, I have discovered that I need to recalibrate the monitors through Control Panel > Tablet PC Settings". Problem is I don't have this option in my Control Panel and doing a search only turns up "Pen and Touch".
I like the touch features on my main monitor but it is getting annoying not being able to swipe a window between monitors.
