Suggestion for PCIe Firewire card
I need a firewire port for my video camera, and was curious if anyone has a suggestion for an inexpensive solution of an available card and driver that works well on Windows 8.

I tried several of the firewire cards I had and none of the older ones worked. I also gave up on the legacy drivers and bought a new PCI express firewire 1394 card from Newegg for $30.00.
