Touchscreen Charm bar

How can i bring out the charm bar using my touch screen? i used to do it by simply sliding my finger on the right side of the screen. But now i cant seem to do so only with a mouse then i am able to bring out the charm bar when i bring it to the bottom right.

Is it normal for my computer to lag and suddenly my mouse left click will either open what ever i click on in a new tab or close it if i am switching to another tab. is there any way i can fix it?

it sounds like your mouse is failing. most likely due to a defective or dirty microswitch. I just rescued my mouse button recently by following a tip someone gave me. After opening up the mouse so that you can see the button, you spray some machine oil (I used WD40) on the microswitch and then click down on the switch a few times to get the oil into the switch.

make sure you clean up any oil that may have hit the other parts of the mouse.
