Cant access a network printer though Windows 8

My office bought a new computer installed Win 8. I try to add a network printer( EPSON LQ590) which connected to my colleague's computer but pump out a message as below.
How can i solve this??
The printer still works normally when using windows XP.
My colleagues cant use the printer though my computer with same problem. my colleagues still using XP.
