Limited Connectivity on Windows 8 - USB Belkin N150Adapter

Windows 8 PC shows limited connectivity. I have installed windows 8 drivers from manufacture website, still shows limited connectivity. Rarely connects to the internet, and when it does, it is extremely slow. Internet works fine on my laptop. I am using a Belkin wireless G usb adapter . Works fine on another windows 7 pc, in a different wifi network.

How does it work on your usual network when hardwired assuming you have a way to try it? Can you try the other PC on "your" network using the adapter.
